We're Hiring: Infrastructure Engineer (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about building, optimizing, and automating modern IT environments? We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our tech-forward team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work across both cloud and on-premise systems, with a strong emphasis on automation, performance, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Manage enterprise infrastructure spanning Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking, and storage.
• Oversee hybrid environments in Azure and on-prem, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Automate deployments using Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Support core networking (switches, firewalls, VPNs) and telephony systems.
• Lead and execute tech initiatives that support business growth and resilience.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure (cloud, virtualization, networking, AD).
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Terraform, and scripting.
• A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead projects and adapt quickly.
