Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT - Site Reliability Engineer IV to join our clientin support of an existingvacancy.
Contract Period: 4 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $78 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday-Friday;9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT - Site Reliability Engineer IV to join our clientin support of an existingvacancy.

Business Hours: Monday-Friday;9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support integrations between internal platforms and third-party vendor systems
- Participate in both project initiatives and operational support activities, ensuring continuity and reliability of integration services and as a result vendor platforms
- Document and maintain system and software flow diagrams, support guides, and integration specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and application issues, including after-hours support during on-call rotations
- Collaborate with business, other internal technology, and vendor teams to clarify requirements and deliver integration solutions aligned with operational needs
- Use Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools to manage tickets, track work, and maintain documentation
- Serve as a trusted technical contact in vendor discussions and internal meetings
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems integration or similar technical roles
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL service management principles
- Proven ability to interpret and produce system and data flow diagrams
- Highly organized and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with client-facing or vendor-facing discussions
- Strong analytical abilities for troubleshooting logs, system behavior's and issue tickets across multiple platforms
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel (eg: pivot tables, lookups) for data investigation and PowerPoint for creating presentations
- Able to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with third-party vendors, with an understanding of internal vs. external contractual obligations, and escalation models
- Capable of synthesizing disparate data points and logs into actional root cause analysis and improvement recommendations
- Proficient with Jira and Confluence
- Trade Finance and Banking Experience
