The Role 

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help us build and scale our platform. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work across our entire stack—from designing REST APIs to building frontend components to managing our cloud infrastructure. You'll make meaningful technical decisions and directly impact how thousands of dental professionals deliver care. 

In addition, you will: 

• Manage technical resources: Oversee allocation and utilization of engineering resources, ensuring optimal productivity and alignment with business goals. 
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Business, Clinical, and Product teams to translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical plans. 
• Product issue management: Implement and maintain processes for rapid issue resolution, collaborating with product management to ensure technical health tickets and feature requests are appropriately represented in sprint planning. 
• Azure Cloud & monitoring: Leverage your expertise in Azure Cloud to manage, optimize, and monitor our cloud infrastructure. Use tools like PostHog and Sentry to ensure platform reliability and performance. 

What You'll Do 

• Design and implement REST APIs using Python and FastAPI 
• Build responsive frontend components with React and Next.js 
• Manage and optimize our Azure cloud infrastructure 
• Own CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows with Docker 
• Design and maintain our PostgreSQL database schema and optimize queries 
• Work with Redis, event queues, and distributed systems 
• Monitor application performance with PostHog and Sentry 
• Make architectural decisions as we scale our AI-powered platform 
• Manage technical resources and collaborate across teams to prioritize features and resolve product issues 
• Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, business, clinical, and product teams 

What We're Looking For 

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience 
• Strong proficiency in Python and React/JavaScript 
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs 
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP transferable) 
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) 
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices 
• Comfortable with Redis, event queues, and async workflows 
• Experience with monitoring tools (PostHog, Sentry, or similar) 
• Bonus: Experience with Next.js framework 
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical resources and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
