ADAS Test System Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled ADAS Test System Engineer to support the localization and execution of L2/L3 ADAS system testing in Germany. This role involves adapting global test strategies to local regulations, driving conditions, user habits, and certification standards, as well as contributing to global product validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of L2/L3 ADAS system testing in Germany, including local test scenario design, use case review, and execution, ensuring compliance with German market standards and user requirements.
• Localize and implement the testing system for Germany based on headquarters’ existing strategies and process guidelines, including establishing test procedures, adapting and optimizing test tools, building and managing a local test team, and improving team management processes.
• Coordinate global ADAS product validation across international markets, including researching test regulations in target countries/regions, managing overseas test supplier procurement, overseeing the full lifecycle of supplier testing, and preparing test summary reports to inform global product adaptation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Transportation, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field; German local degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant testing experience; experience with leading OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers is a plus.
• Fluent in English, able to independently communicate with overseas clients and conduct cross-regional meetings.
• Strong organizational and self-driven abilities, clear logical thinking, proactive attitude, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to efficiently collaborate with cross-departmental and cross-cultural teams.
