Senior Software Engineer (C# / .NET)

Remote | Langen – minimum 1 day on-site each quarter (more encouraged)

I’m partnering with an established, international software company building mission-critical systems used worldwide. They’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of a complex, long-term software platform.

This is a hands-on senior role with real influence on architecture, quality, and technical direction.

What you’ll do

• Design and build new functionality in a large-scale software platform
• Improve and refactor existing code to keep systems robust and maintainable
• Review code and contribute to architectural decisions
• Debug complex issues and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with other senior engineers

What they’re looking for

• Strong commercial experience with C# / .NET
• Background working on complex or enterprise systems
• C++ experience is a plus
• Ownership mindset and high quality standards
• Comfortable mentoring and influencing technical decisions
• Fluent in English or German
