Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Development Lead to lead the design, development, and customization of PolicyCenter solutions for insurance applications. This role requires strong hands-on development skills along with technical leadership to ensure high-quality delivery and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter development and enhancement activities
• Design and develop solutions using Gosu and PCF
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Oversee integrations, code reviews, and deployments
• Mentor team members and ensure delivery quality in Agile environments
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (v8+)
• Strong expertise in Gosu, PCF, and Guidewire APIs
• Solid P&C Insurance domain knowledge
• Proficiency in Java and RDBMS (Oracle / SQL Server)
• Experience with SOAP / REST web services for Guidewire integrations
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile delivery models and leading development teams
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other Guidewire modules (BillingCenter / ClaimCenter)
• Guidewire certifications
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud or containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• CI/CD and DevOps exposure
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8–12+ years of overall IT experience
• Proven leadership experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development
• Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment
