Join our banking client in shaping the future of their digital infrastructure. As an SRE Lead, you’ll drive reliability, automation, and scalability across mission‑critical platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the engineering and optimisation of resilient infrastructure

• Define and uphold SLOs/SLIs to strengthen reliability

• Drive automation and incident response improvements

• Collaborate across engineering, architecture, and product teams

• Influence long‑term technical strategy and mentor others

What you’ll bring:

✔ Experience with Kafka, IBM MQ, IBM IIB/ACE

✔ Strong DevOps skills (Ansible, Chef, Kubernetes, GitLab, Jenkins)

✔ Observability tooling (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)

✔ Coding ability in Java and/or Python

✔ A solid SRE mindset: automation, root‑cause analysis, and scalable design
